We really hope you love the items you ordered Bella Boss, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning!

Returns must be received within. 7 days from delivery date in order to receive STORE CREDIT.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information for your reference.

Please enclose original receipt when sending your return so we can locate your order. Please include any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

Please note: orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.Please make sure to contact us via email at bellabossbabeco@gmail.com and include pictures & descriptions.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on condition of the item.

Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hairs or have any item of odor will not be accepted.

All returns are processed within 2-3 days from being received and store credit will be sent via email.
